Refund policy
The items delivered by https://www.wildnord.se/ are new and guaranteed against all defects. They are identical to those sold in traditional retail and come from all mentioned publishers and suppliers.
Our policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Defective items
The customer must return new or unused items in their entirety and in original packaging, undamaged, along with any accessories, instructions, and documentation (in the original cellophane packaging, mandatory, and with the accompanying invoice).
In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to info@wildnord.se (attach a description and photo/video).
For a return, you must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; we will inform you of what to do once your case has been approved according to our terms.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be given (if applicable):

Items that are not in original condition, that are damaged, or that are missing parts for reasons not attributable to us.

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it.
We will also inform you of our decision to approve or deny your claim.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method, usually within 5–10 days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a certain processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only items at regular price can be refunded. Unfortunately, discounted and/or promotional items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@wildnord.se.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than 825 SEK, you should consider using a delivery service with tracking or purchasing delivery insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Right of withdrawal
When exercising the right of withdrawal, Wild Nord is obligated to refund the amounts paid by the customer, free of charge, except for return shipping costs. The refund must be made no later than 14 days after the date we received the returned item(s). If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following purchases:

Products that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygienic or health reasons.

Products that cannot be separated from other goods.

Products that have been opened and are no longer in original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not attributable to us.
